Morning market held in front of Mutsuminato Station (Hachinohe City)

The morning market is called “the kitchen of Hachinohe.”  With an array of seafood just harvested from fishing ports, and fresh vegetables grown by neighboring farmers, the market is filled with vitality.  The morning market opens at 4:00 am, and is visited by many customers.

Hasshoku Center (Hachinohe City)

The Hasshoku Center is one of the largest food markets in Hachinohe.  It offers a variety of fresh seafood, meat, vegetables, dried goods, and souvenirs.  In the center, there are places where customers can grill and eat seafood and meat they have purchased in the market.

Auga Fresh Market (Aomori City)

 There is a fresh produce market with 87 stores in the basement of a commercial building called “Auga,” which is visited by residents as a recreational place.  There are also restaurants, so visitors can enjoy seafood from Aomori to the full.
